Going to university can be a very exciting and daunting time and for many it’s their first time away from home, even cooking for themselves!
Having been there myself the most important thing for me as a student was to find a church that I could call home. Somewhere where I could experience Jesus, grow and develop in my journey with God. LifeSpring Church did exactly that for me, it's fun, family focused, warm and hospitable. I would encourage any new students to check LifeSpring out and if it's not your cup of tea then we can point you in the direction of other great churches across the city.

 
Top Tips

Did you know that Wolverhampton Student's Union has a Christian Union Society? You will find them at the Freshers Fayre during Freshers week or by contacting the Students Union. It's a great way of meeting Christians on campus.

Register with a doctor and a dentist as soon as possible. When you are a student you get free medical care so why not make the most of it!

Cineworld is not that far away, just a short bus ride on the 559 and the 560 from Wolverhampton bus station.

Join the NUS and get your student card. It costs a small amount but you can save loads of money in shops, at the cinema, travel and much more.

Shop around for your student bank accounts as they all have different offers. Sometimes sticking with the bank you have always been with is not the best deal.
