Welcome to the Building Project Page!!!
Towards the end of 2009, LifeSpring was blessed to have the opportunity to purchase a building situated within the Wolverhampton Ring Road and on the edge of three communities that provide an awesome outreach opportunity for us to share the love of Jesus. After our Presence and Power meetings in January 2010, where the LifeSpring family came together for three nights in God's presence, the favour and provision of God came in abundance as we declared the building to be ours as a church.
God had spoken and prophetic words, visions and declarations saw our move towards a building gather pace. Faith was rising and an air of excitement about this move of God began to stir the heart of his people. At the end of January, LifeSpring Church took up a special offering for the building. With £75,000 already raised over the previous months and years, there was a real anticipation that the Spirit of giving was about to break out over this offering. We were not disappointed as the church received a staggering £36,000 offering!
Since then, the favour of God has continued to rain down on us as a church. The provision of God has been amazing, as in early February we received a £5,000 gift from a fellow church community, people have also stopped Senior Pastor, Tony Wastall, in the street to give gifts as they have heard about the good news. This is certainly an exciting time here at LifeSpring Church and people still continue to give generously towards the building finances. We are excited about the next stage of the journey that God has mapped out for us and our prayer is that you will be encouraged by all that God is doing and as you seek God personally that his provision and favour will manifest in your life.

Great News... July 2010 - Purchase Completed!!! –
July 10th 2010 will go down as an historic day in the history of LifeSpring Church, as we celebrate completion on the land which will become the site of the new building. The last 6 months have seen many challenges including a last minute block on planning approval. But each time God has given us favour and the obstacles have been removed. Contracts were finally signed and exchanged on the 10th July, the day after receiving our planning approval. We praise God for his continued blessing upon LifeSpring and for the miracles we have seen when it comes to the building project. We ask for your continued prayers as we move into the next stage of this amazing journey.
April - June 2010 - Phase One... all change - The original idea of refurbishing the current building has now been scrapped and the facility which exists at present will now be flattened to make way for a completely new building. Employing the skills of a Christian organisation known as 'ProVision', who are now partnering with us in taking this vision forward, we have seen a continual blessing of God's favour upon this venture. Since 'ProVision' have come on board we have secured a mortgage lender, re-negotiated the original purchase price and reduced it by a staggering amount, as well as reducing the solicitor's fees by £2,500. As the project currently stands we are days away from completing the purchase of the land, our planning application has been accepted and the project will soon move into the design stage.

February - March 2010 - The project is currently in the developmental stage, with financial discussions, architects plans and general administrative tasks taking place. A project team is also in place to oversee all developments.
Phase One...
January 2010 - An opportunity arises for the purchase of 34 Clifton Street, Chapel Ash, Wolverhampton, towards the end of 2009. Situated on the outskirts of Wolverhampton City Centre and on the edge of three communities, the building is ideal to serve the needs of the surrounding area.
The former Hi-Q Tyre Depot provides ample space for conversion into a facility as both a church and community centre, bringing regeneration and adding value to the area.
With the planning application submitted in January 2010, the project begins to become a reality. LifeSpring take up an offering to raise funds, raising £36,000 to add to the £75,000 already raised.
