New Radio Station Looking for Potential Presenters & Others To Help At The Station.
Day One Radio, the new gospel music DAB digital radio station based in Wolverhampton is looking for:
1. Presenters, or Christians prepared to learn to host, some of their gospel music programming, especially speciallist genres such as Urban Gospel, Modern Country/Folk Gospel, Rock Gospel etc.
2. Individuals with adminisatrive skills to join their team..
3. Members of church congregations to record their "Our Daily Bread" devotionals to be broadcast on-air.
4. People with an authentic Black Country accent to record for transmission, stories from the Bible, in Black Country dialect. For example: "Wile the shepuds wus waatchin' oover thayer flocks, a brite lite shon all rahnd 'em. It day 'arf put the wind up 'em"
Day One Radio is a new kind of radio station. It is funded by a combination of programme sponsorship and by regular donations from individuals, churches and organisations who want to hear good, family friendly programming on the airwaves.
We have commenced broadcasting our schedule of non-stop music and jingles and we are adding presenter-hosted programmes as the weeks go by .
