Senior Leadership Team
Graham Phillips and his wife Becca are the Lead Pastors of LifeSpring Church. Alongside pastoring, teaching and preaching he is studying apologetics at Biola University. He and Becca have two young daughters and he is passionate about the Gospel, coffee, and good books.
Tony Wastall is the Senior Leader of LifeSpring Global and serves on the local church leadership team. Tony and his wife, Ursula, founded LifeSpring in 1998 when they moved their family to Wolverhampton after God spoke to Tony about establishing a church and ministry in the city. Today, the church is a vibrant and growing community, based at LifeSpring Centre in Wolverhampton. Since January 2019 Tony has focused his time on developing LifeSpring Global, the apostolic expression of LifeSpring Church. He is an accomplished writer and travels internationally, equipping the Church to see God’s Kingdom built and preaching the gospel with healings and miracles.
David Coates-Smith, an elder and associate pastor at LifeSpring, is responsible for overseeing several key ministries including a weekly Bible Study group for Farsi speaking Asylum Seekers. Dave’s wisdom and insight particularly on the subject of the Father and the familial nature of the Trinity has been a prominent part of our journey as a church over the past few years. Dave is passionate about seeing the church grow into intimacy with God, igniting revival and transforming culture.
