The Nest is a mums and tots group for LifeSpring members, meeting every Monday in term time, 9.30am here at LifeSpring Centre.

This is a group for mums and carers who are members of LifeSpring to come along with their 0-4 year olds. It is a safe space for the children to play together while you chat, share, get to know each other more and eat toast.
